The exciting 2010 VHA Simulation National Leadership Conference wrapped up last week, held in New Orleans by SimLEARN and the Employee Education System (EES). Engaging keynote speakers, lots of hands-on simulation learning opportunities, fascinating poster sessions, and plenty of networking made the week a rousing success. Topics and sessions included nurse education, IT and simulation, trauma and triage, women's health, instruction and learning, standardized patients, and with a busy exhibit hall, lots of techniques and equipment.
