About: This program establishes a partnership between SimLEARN and the participating institution for the academic purposes of improving outcomes for Veterans through standardized simulation based education and training of the VA facility health care professionals.
SLICE allows greater flexibility in providing localized training across the nation. Through this training model, travel is eliminated for local employees and minimal for nearby sites reducing training cost and the amount of time providers are absent from Veteran care.
